I received a reminder letter for real estate tax, and in mid-October, I paid the tax. The account number I used was the one stated in the reminder letter. Did my payment arrive at the Tax Administration?
Yes. Your payment has arrived at the Tax Administration if you used the account numbers on the reminder or on the tax decision, and the bank transferred the money before the end of October. The Tax Administration changed its account numbers for real estate taxes at the end of the month. Some taxpayers have used the old bank accounts, and their payments have been sent back. You can log in to MyTax to get the updated information you need for paying – or by phoning our service number on 029 497 026.
