Suomi.fi authorisation for using the Incomes Register

Access to the Incomes Register’s e-service is controlled by means of Suomi.fi authorisations.

The authorisation codes for accessing the Incomes Register are

• Reporting earnings payment data
• Browsing earnings payment data
• Browsing benefits payment data
• Reporting benefits payment data
• Processing of log, interface and report data related to income data

Authorisations are granted through Suomi.fi e-Authorisations, where authorisation codes are referred to as "mandate themes".

Browsing earnings payment data

This authorisation allows the assignee to browse the following items related to earnings payment data:

• earnings payment reports and employer’s separate reports produced by the assignor
• transcripts concerning the assignor
• the assignor’s basic data
• messages received by the assignor
• the assignor’s archived documents.

Reporting earnings payment data

This authorisation allows the assignee to do the following things related to earnings payment data on behalf of the assignor:

• submit, maintain and browse earnings payment reports and employer’s separate reports produced by the assignor
• request and browse transcripts concerning the assignor
• maintain and browse the assignor’s basic data
• browse messages received by the assignor
• browse the assignor’s archived documents.

Browsing benefits payment data

This authorisation allows the assignee to browse the following items related to benefits payment data:

• benefits payment reports produced by the assignor
• transcripts concerning the assignor
• the assignor’s basic data
• messages received by the assignor
• the assignor's archived documents.

Reporting benefits payment data

This authorisation allows the assignee to do the following things related to benefits payment data on behalf of the assignor:

• submit, maintain and browse benefits payment reports produced by the assignor
• request and browse transcripts concerning the assignor
• maintain and browse the assignor’s basic data
• browse messages received by the assignor
• browse the assignor’s archived documents.

Processing of log, interface and report data related to income data

With this authorisation, the assignee is granted especially extensive rights and is allowed to process the following log, interface and report data related to earnings, pensions and benefits on behalf of the assignor:

• make and maintain an interface application and order certificates
• order and view log data
• view information on paid income
• view messages
• view archived documents
• maintain and view basic data
• submit and browse reports
• request and view transcripts.
