Use the Incomes Register's e-service with Google Chrome

7/2/2020

It is recommended to use the Incomes Register's e-service with the Google Chrome browser. Using other browsers is not recommended. Browser support will be extended to other browsers later.

The way you use your browser makes a difference

When filling in the Incomes Register's web forms, the 'Fill in forms automatically' function of the Google Chrome browser should not be used. This function can lead to errors in the information filled in on the form that the person filling in the form might not notice.

If the text on the screen looks strange, make sure that the automatic translation function is not on. The browser's automatic translation function can modify the language.

If the Incomes Register's e-service does not function properly, make sure to clear the cache. If necessary, you can clear the browser history by clicking History in the menu that opens when you click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.

You can make Chrome your default browser by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser. Then click Settings and, on the new tab that opens, you can select Chrome as your default browser.
