Reconciliation of reported data with the help of Incomes Register transcripts11/26/2019
The turn of the year is a time when accounting firms, employers and other payers reconcile the earnings payment data they have submitted. The Incomes Register transcripts compile the information about reports submitted in all reporting channels.
The Incomes Register transcripts can only be used to reconcile valid reports saved in the Incomes Register. Payment transactions must still be reconciled separately.
Reconciliation with the help of summary transcript 606
For the reconciliations of the remainder of 2019, the Incomes Register offers a transcript 606 Income earner specific summary of payer's earnings payment reports. This transcript summarises the income earner specific sum data of the payer's earnings payment reports.
You can order the transcript 606 via the upload service in the Incomes Register's e-service or via the technical interface. The Incomes Register generates the transcript based on the record subscription. The payer can retrieve the transcript in the Incomes Register's e-service. In the e-service, the transcripts are in PDF format. The record subscriptions made in the upload service are in XML format. The Incomes Register has published an example message and instructions on how to order the transcript.
For effortless reconciliation, the time range of the transcript should be one month. After this, if necessary, you can conduct a more detailed income type specific examination in the Incomes Register's e-service.
At the turn of the year, the new income type specific transcript 618 will replace the transcript 606.
In early 2020, more transcripts available - new income type specific transcript 618
The Incomes Register is constantly being developed based on feedback. During the first year of its operation, it has become clear that there is a need for a new transcript - one where the reported payments are grouped according to income types.
Starting from the turn of the year, it will be possible to order a new income type specific transcript 618, which has been designed together with accountants and representatives of software companies. This transcript can be ordered in the Subscriptions section of the e-service. The transcript will be available in CSV format.
The Incomes Register extract is intended for browsing the company's own income data only
A company can order the transcript '500 Income earner's Incomes Register extract' that contains sum data of earnings payment reports submitted on the payments made to the company. A company cannot use an Incomes Register extract to request data, for example, on the wages it has paid to an employee.
You can limit the time range of transcripts
The usability of the Incomes Register transcripts will also be improved at the turn of the year when it will be possible to limit the time range of the transcript ordered. You can set the time range in the e-service's calendar view.

Some of the Incomes Register transcripts are ordered via the technical interface and the upload service. Some transcripts are ordered via the e-service which requires strong authentication. In the Incomes Register's e-service, the transcripts will always appear on the Subscriptions page.
