New functions in the Incomes Register's e-service

The Incomes Register is constantly being developed. New functions were introduced to the Incomes Register on 10 April 2019.

Acting on behalf of another individual

A private individual can authorise another person to act on their behalf in the Incomes Register's e-service. Authorisations are given using the e-Authorisations service.

It is now possible to act on behalf of another individual in the Incomes Register. A person who has been granted authorisation can, for example, report, correct or cancel earnings payment data on behalf of another person. However, transcripts, such as Incomes Register extracts, cannot be ordered on behalf of another individual.

The usability of the e-service has been improved

An earnings payment report can now be filled in also by using keyboard commands. This improves the usability of the Incomes Register's e-service.

The usability of the Incomes Register's upload service has also been improved. The user will now be given more information on the status of the record. In addition, the time of reception and processing feedback are only shown once the record has been processed.

Other improvements have also been made to the e-service. Read more (in Finnish)

In their feedback on the Incomes Register, many customers have asked for an option to print out their reports. Printing reports is now possible using a browser's print function (ctrl + p).

How to give feedback

The Incomes Register is a completely new service and a new way of transacting. We will develop the Incomes Register based on customer feedback. Your opinion is important to us.
