In the Katso service ( you can change your password, print out one-time passwords and receive authorisations. You will find detailed instructions for users on the main page of the service.

If you have problems with the ID, e.g.

  • you have forgotten your fixed password
  • you are out of one-time passwords
  • the ID has been locked
