Submit a request for extension of time to file taxes – limited-liability companies and other corporate entities

If needed, you can ask for an extension of time to file your company’s (other corporate entity’s) tax return. However, this requires that there is a valid reason – like a key employee having fallen ill.

Your application form must be delivered to the Tax Administration before the normal deadline date of the tax return concerned.

One copy of the application form is used for one extension request and one corporate entity at a time.

You can submit the request 

• In MyTax (Applications > Extended time for filing a corporate income tax return)
• On the application form on paper (3105)
