How to make corrections to a construction report or delete a report

  1. Select Reports on construction work.

  2. Go to the Reports tab, find the report that you wish to correct or delete, and click the name of the report.

    If there is a large number of reports, you may not see as much detailed information for each report, and the reports are displayed as a list instead. In either case, click the name of the report.

  3. Click Correct or delete.

  4. The service asks you if you want to delete the report. If you want to correct the details on the report, answer No. If you want to delete the report, answer Yes. Click Next to proceed.

  5. Make the required corrections to the report and then proceed to the next stage. If you want to delete the report, you can move on directly. Note that you must still submit the report even if you are deleting it. In either case, click Next.

  6. Submit the report to be corrected or deleted by clicking Submit.
