How to submit CESOP reports in the Ilmoitin.fi service

Sign in to the Ilmoitin.fi service (opens in a new window).

Select Identification methods for foreigners (Finnish Authenticator app).

When you have successfully logged in to the Ilmoitin.fi service, select Submit on the frontpage.

Select a file and click Check up.

After getting an “ok” Checkup result, click Submit. If the Checkup result is not ok, please make corrections.

Add an e-mail address if you want a notice on arrived files. Then click Submit.

Filing submitted successfully. You can find confirmation of successful filing by clicking the link under Transmission status.
