Online meeting: legislative change, nominee-registered shares

The next online meeting will be held on the 22nd of January 2020 at 15-16 (EET). The meeting may end in advance, if all issues and questions have been handled before the time is up.

Topics to be discussed during the online meeting include:

  • the progress of the legislative change and its implementation
  • updates to the publications schedule of upcoming guidance
  • 50% withholding tax for unknown Finnish tax residents
  • electronic application for refund of Finnish withholding tax, XML bulk submission

During the meetings questions received from the financial sector will be discussed. For this meeting, we ask you to send questions primarily related to the registration of authorized intermediaries. Please send your questions in advance to financialsector(at)
