How to file a tax return for agricultural operations in MyTax

  1. Select Tax returns and tax information under Activities.

  2. Select the year 2019. Then click on Tax return for agricultural operations.

  3. In the first stage, you will see your background information.

    If you are operating agriculture together with your spouse, select Yes and enter the income shares.

    Proceed to the next stage, Income.

  4. If you have no income, trips or car use that relate to agriculture to report, you can state so in this stage. Proceed to Expenses and reserves. Continue from step 7 of these instructions.

  5. Enter income from agriculture. Select Yes in the sections relevant to you and fill in the details on the income.

    Once all the details are correct, move on to the next stage, Expenses and reserves.

  6. If you have no agricultural expenses to report, you can state so in this stage.

    Proceed to Calculation of net worth. Continue from step 9 of these instructions.

  7. Enter expenses from agriculture. Select Yes in the sections relevant to you and fill in the details on the expenses.

    Once everything is correct, proceed to the next stage, Calculation of net worth.

  8. Enter the agricultural operation’s assets. Select Yes in the sections relevant to you and fill in the details on the assets.

    Proceed to Preview and send.

  9. Recheck the details. If you need to make changes, click Edit.

  10. If you wish to continue filling in the details later, select Save as unfinished from the bottom of the page. The Tax Administration will not process the tax return before you have submitted it.

    Once all the details are correct, select Submit.

    Returns you file are also saved in MyTax.
