International House Helsinki ‒ service point for foreign employees working in Finland

International House Helsinki (IHH) offers guidance for immigrants who seek employment. It also offers immigrants assistance and services when they must deal with Finnish public authorities. Our IHH service is there to help in matters that might arise for workers and students who arrive in the Helsinki Region. In addition, we also provide services for self-employed people and for the businesses that hire foreign workers or act as intermediaries when employment is offered to foreign workers.

We offer customer service in many languages. We give advice to people who have moved to Finland recently, help them out with various application forms, and offer guidance when they need to see Finnish public authorities.

The International House Helsinki is jointly managed and operated by the Finnish Tax Administration, the City of Helsinki, the Local Register Office and the TE Office of Uusimaa, Chamber of Commerce of the Helsinki Region, and the Finnish Centre for Pensions.

Customer service is located at Albertinkatu street in Helsinki, in the premises of the Local Register Office of Uusimaa.
