The Finnish Tax Administration operates a taxpayer service to support Katso users. The service offers support to help resolve generalized and user-oriented problems.
Another source of support is the network of tax offices dealing with Katso registration (for a complete list of these units of the Finnish Tax Administration, press Points of service dealing with client registration for the Katso system).
The offices dealing with Katso registration also help taxpayers to:
- activate a newly set up Katso ID - personal ID document required (passport, microchip ID card or driving license)
- reopen an ID that has been locked (three wrong Password attempts will lock up the Katso ID)
- change or to set up Master Users
- change Password
- update the List of One-Time Passwords.
