How to approve and reject a Power of Attorney

There are two ways a Principal's representative can approve or reject a Power of Attorney:
  • Online (strong authentication required — network banking ID or microchip card)
  • Making a visit to a tax office dealing with Katso registration.

The system will delete any Powers of Attorney in four weeks after creation date if no approval is given (or rejection made).

The roles recorded in the Power of Attorney will be available to the Agent after

  • Principal's representative (signatory) has given approval;
  • Formal control has been completed regarding the right of the Principal's representative to sign the Principal's name.
