How to submit a bank account number in MyTax

Please submit your bank details if you have not done so yet or if the number has changed. If you are due a refund, you get it faster if your bank account number is on our file. Read more: Change of bank account number

  1. Log in to MyTax. When you want to submit a new or changed bank account number, select “Bank account notice” on the home page.

  2. Enter the number in the field “Bank account number (IBAN)” and click “Submit”.

  3. The new bank account number is displayed in MyTax straight away. If you want to change the number again, you must submit a new notice.

  4. If you want to have MyTax as the only way where you inform the Tax Administration of a changed bank account number, you can make a restriction setting as follows: First select Taxpayer details, and then scroll down to Setting restrictions on service channels. Now you can select Change service channel — Only electronic service channels permitted

Note! Your agent cannot change your company’s bank account number in MyTax with the “Managing tax matters” authorisation if the company form is limited company, public limited company or non-profit association.
