Notice of bank information of an Estate (7926e)

This form is for informing the Tax Administration of a death estate's bank account number to facilitate direct deposit of any tax refunds.

Please first fill out the form by typing, then print it out. Remember to sign the paper-printed form.

Send completed form with enclosures to:

Instead of sending it, you can bring the completed form to any tax office. The PDF form cannot be submitted through MyTax.

If the deceased person’s estate has a Finnish VAT registration, submitting the paper form is allowed only in special circumstances. Submit the bank account number in MyTax
