Claim for adjustment of transfer tax (6018e)

Complete this form if you want to claim adjustment of transfer tax. Every party liable to pay transfer tax must make a separate claim for adjustment.

You can file the claim for adjustment in MyTax, on a paper form, or by submitting a free-form request.

Make a claim for adjustment in MyTax

If you file the claim for adjustment with the paper form, check the return address on the first page of the form.

If you file a free-form claim for adjustment, make sure to state

  • the appellant’s name and personal ID (individuals) or Business ID (companies and organisations)
  • the decision that the claim concerns (state the decision number)
  • an explanation of how you want the decision to be adjusted
  • the grounds for claiming adjustment.

If you submit a free-form claim, fill in and print Form 6018e and use it as a cover page.

Also enclose any other documents you wish to refer to unless you have delivered them to the Tax Administration previously. If you want the decision to be sent to your authorised representative, please say so in the claim and give the representative’s name and address.
