The Finnish Tax Administration sends a pre-completed printout of this form to all self-employed professionals and businessmen.
To complete your tax return you can either fill out and sign the pre-completed printout, or take an empty Web form in order to use electronic filing -- write your name, address and Business ID in it.
Download all enclosure forms as necessary.
Please note that your deadline date is pre-printed. If you use paper filing, send completed package to the pre-printed address, or if you do not see a pre-printed address, to any tax office.
