Visit Tax Card Online to ask for a revised tax card. Alternatively, you can fill out a paper form (Form 5010e). Use this form also to request prepayments or changes for prepayments. The form can be used to request for a change in tax card and/or prepayments.
This form is for self-employed individuals, professionals, farm taxpayers and partners in partnerships. This form is not for leased employees working in Finland (see Form 6205e).
You can also use Form 5010e to submit preliminary information to the Tax Administration to facilitate tax card calculation and/or to facilitate tax prepayment calculation.

You can use your network banking User ID and Password, or a HST card issued by the Population Register Centre.
