Annual information return summary and itemization (7801e)

Description:

This is for a payer who gives recipient itemizations of the wages/salaries paid during the calendar year.

Form 7802 is designed for entering corrections to the itemization form of the annual notification if the payer (e.g. an employer) has already submitted it.
