Information return (vuosi-ilmoitus) means a declaration made by a person who has financial information about a potential taxpayer. Accordingly, the information-reporting requirement concerns employers, both regular employers and those who employ someone temporarily, and it also concerns banks, government entities, and some commercial enterprises.
