You can use this search function to search for forms that you can file on paper.

Send us the forms by post. The return address is printed in the top left corner of each form. Do not forget to pay the postage. You can print out forms yourself or order them by calling our service number 029 497 030 (limited service in English, standard call rates).

Complete the form online or by hand. Always sign the form by hand. Note that original signatures are required, they may not be copied or printed. You cannot sign the Tax Administration’s forms electronically, nor can you submit the forms by email, for example.

Companies and corporations should file start-up notifications and notifications of changes and termination using Y forms, which are provided jointly by the Tax Administration and the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
